Fast friendly service easy to deal with. Purchased a LG wash tower it was slightly damaged. Because of the minor cosmetic damage I got a great deal. Still has original manufacturer warranty, happy with that. Absolute 100% guarantee that it run/works as advertised. Family owned and operated Nice people. Finally got the wash tower installed runs absolutely perfect quiet as can be, it's the most quiet washer dryer setup I've ever owned. The damage to the unit was purely cosmetic once it was installed you couldn't even see the damage on the cabinets some small dents on the sides not visible once installed. Very happy that this message was a small family-owned business and that a large big box store. We will be back next time we're looking for an appliance or furniture.
